The facilities were very clean. It was especially helpful that they have common prescriptions available on site for small fee which is a game changer to save an extra trip to the pharmacy with small children. This place was featured on a friends Facebook and so I looked them up. Very upfront pricing. No gimmicks, they do testing onsite, no additional lab bills to worry about. I went in yesterday and had testing done, and had a chest X-ray all in the same visit. I was prescribed a medication which they gave me the option of filling with them or sending off to a pharmacy. I chose to fill it there. All together, the visit was a 10/10. Hassle-free care. Champaign, this is what is needed.

We drove an hour to this clinic for my daughter after her wrist had been hurting over a week. I did not have to take her out of school as we did not need any sort of appointment. They ended up doing an X-ray on her RIGHT inside the clinic. We never needed a referral, never had to get sent to the hospital to do one and get exposed to all the nasty germs. The doctor explained everything as my daughter was hesitant and scared, he gave her a splint and we were on  our way! Before we left, my other daughter woke up from a nap and I had noticed she had a barky cough. So while we were there and since we did not need any appointments I just had her seen also. Examined her and gave her a steroid, again RIGHT there inside the clinic! We were sent on our way with her also. While we were there we seen 5 different staff members. Each one said hello to my children and I. Making sure we were ok and didn’t need anything.  They were all so patient with my kids who were hesitant as it was a new place and of course the doctors office. This is a VERY clean clinic as well. They also have coffee and water for everyone waiting in the waiting area. Prizes for the kids when they are done. They don’t make you feel like it’s any ol’ doctor office. They are all there to help each one of us and truly care and listen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so grateful for the entire team at FirstLine Urgent  Care. They saw and attended to me immediately, diagnosed my skin problem, and helped me get prescriptions that same day. I came in feeling helpless and they gave me HOPE. Every person in that building LEADS WITH LOVE. They were truly an answered prayer.
